DEADLY ENCOUNTER (1982):

Sam Hooten, a veteran pilot, runs a helicopter service in Mexico. He’s surprised when Chris Butler, his old flame, suddenly appears and pleads with him for help. She informs him her husband was killed by the Mob after turning state’s evidence, and the crime boss knows she can lead them to his diary, filled with incriminating evidence and two million in cash. The Mob will stop at nothing, and backed by a fleet of heavily armed copters and hit men, pursue them to an isolated air strip, where a heart-stopping mid-air battle to the death begins.
