THE EMBEZZLER - Charles Victor [1954]

THE EMBEZZLER:

Trapped by a dull job and a nagging wife, a mild mannered bank cashier suddenly sees a way out of the rut he finds himself in. However whilst on the run, he meets and befriends a young woman who is being blackmailed by her former lover, and resolves to help her.

An edgy fast paced thriller from the golden age of British cinema, featuring Charles Victor in a rare starring role.
